YOUR SUPPORT HELPS US PROTECT OUR MOST VULNERABLE CITIZENS—CHILDREN!

At the Monique Burr Foundation for Children (MBF), we believe every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, supported, and empowered. Every day, children face risks like bullying and child abuse. But with the right tools, knowledge, and guidance, they can learn to prevent, recognize, and respond to these dangers with confidence.

MBF Prevention Education Programs educate and empower children and adults with information and strategies to prevent, recognize, and respond appropriately to abuse, bullying, cyberbullying, digital dangers, exploitation, and human trafficking.  MBF Programs have been delivered to over 16 million children and teens throughout the U.S. and internationally.

The Monique Burr Foundation for Children depends on charitable contributions from sponsors and individuals, grants, and our annual special events to sustain and enrich prevention education for children. For more information about ways to give, please contact the MBF team at info@mbfpreventioneducation.org

What They're Saying...

The MBF Teen Safety Matters curriculum hosts an in-depth approach to important social and safety concerns relevant to youth. The program content is age-appropriate with engaging activities, jargon, and realistic situations to positively promote a relatable and impacting learning experience…Teen Safety Matters is an educational benefit to all parties involved – students, parents, facilitators, and schools.

I heard about the program through my son. He came home…and showed me the safety rules. I cannot thank the Foundation enough; to have other people who are also concerned about my child’s safety and the safety of other kids is wonderful. I especially like the program’s focus on the prevention side.

The MBF Child Safety Matters program is impressive. This important information is well formulated and well presented, developmentally appropriate, and based on good understanding of literature.
